Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that buying online without having the ability to physically see or feel a product can be hard, so FOOOTY NZ offers an easy and hassle free returns & exchange policy.
Customers who have made a purchase from our website are entitled to return or any product within 14 working days as long as the product is unopened an in its original packaging and condition. You can return your product for a different product or a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed until we receive the original product back to our head office. Once a refund is processed this can take up to 2-5 days to appear in your account.
For any returns or exchanges please contact info@foooty.co.nz as soon as you can as this offer only lasts for 14 working days after you receive the product.
Please note this returns & exchange policy does not apply to discounted items. Sale products are “final sale” items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Products
If receive a faulty product we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label so you can return the good to our head office. Once we receive the product we will need to investigate if the good is faulty and what could have caused the fault. If the good is deemed faulty we will either replace the item at no additional cost, provided it is available, otherwise we will refund both the price you paid for the product(s) and any additional shipping costs you acquired, to your original method of payment. Payment can take between 2-5working days.
